Class Description
Welcome to Somatic practices and dance evening Friday 13/12. This cycle of somatic practices evenings will be followed by 3 evenings in the coming months.
We will share together a space where experiential anatomy, Feldenkrais, awareness of the fascia system, body-mind centering tools can be touched and delightfully expressed through dance.
The workshop of somatic Practices and dance this Friday 24/1 will explore the intestines and neurocellular patterns of movement. We will contact the qualities of softness, volume and grounding of the intestines in movement to then address the first patterns of the baby who begins to move. It can be a therapeutic process to go back through these primitive stages and give them a chance to reshape us again.
From those intimate places of feeling and understanding the body we will progressively allow ourself to translate them physically and artistically through dance. And it will be an opportunity to widen our knowledge through creativity and play.
