About this Event

Take some time to reconnect with your core self and your pelvic floor.

This workshop utilises the ebb and flow of the breath to deepen connection, explore relatinoship with the pelvic floor and come home to your body. You might have pelvic floor issues that haven't been helped by squeezes, you might be keen to approach perimenopause with a better knowledge of your body, you might be trying to conceive or siimply curious.
