• Tune into your nervous system and connect to
your somatic narrative, reshape your responses
to stress/ trauma by engaging with a variety of
creative, art, visualisation, meditation, breath
work, sensation awareness & play techniques.
• learn the 3 basic principles of polyvagal, theory
essential for safety and connection in sessions.
• understand clients triggered arousal states,
dissociation, and physical presentations.
• Use and integrate basic somatic tracking, and
regulation interventions & energy healing
methods into your existing practice with clients
Recognise signs of unhealed trauma.
•(attachment styles) and how they manifest in
adult relationships.
• Help clients understand how stress and
traumatic memory can push them out of their
window of tolerance.

counsellor and Play Therapist.
She has over 26 years experience
working with complex trauma
survivors in fields of childhood
sexual & domestic abuse, modern
human slavery and sex trafficking
working in the NHS, Education,
social care and community sectors.
she has lived experience of
repetitive trauma.
