About your hosts:
Jenna De Seta is an integrative somatic and movement-based practitioner with a background in yoga, therapeutic movement and trauma-informed care. Her sessions invite mindful awareness of breath, sensation and movement to support nervous system health, insight and embodied resilience. She brings a compassionate, non-pathologizing perspective that trusts the body’s inherent capacity to heal.
Cary Emley is the founder of Well + Sound and a certified sound healer, Reiki practitioner and yoga instructor. She believes true healing honours the body, mind and spirit as an interconnected whole.
