SOMATIC MOVEMENT CLASS FOR THE ROOT CHAKRA
Somatic practices can help improve symptoms of chronic pain, aid in nervous system regulation, expand interoceptive capacity, and increase mobility.
This class will include meditation, somatic movement and dance to connect with your root chakra. The group’s Akashic Records will be opened to create a container for healing and protection.
The movements are focused on security, grounding, belonging, and giving space to fear with love. We will teach the body safety through different types of somatic movements.
Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to feel more rooted and balanced. Come as you are, bring comfy clothes, and be ready to move and unwind!
