Somatic Movement for Kids

Somatic Movement for Kids is a playful, supportive class designed to help children learn emotional regulation skills that calm the nervous system and gently process big feelings. Through simple breathwork, mindful movement, and body-based awareness, kids are guided to move, breathe, and notice their emotions in ways that feel fun, safe, and empowering.
This class introduces meditation and mindful movement in a developmentally appropriate, engaging way—using imagination, gentle movement, and practical tools children can use at home, school, or anywhere big emotions show up. While the class is centered on kids, parents often find the practices just as helpful for their own regulation and connection.
