About this Event
Join Andrea, of Soul Space Wellness, on Wednesday April 15th for a unique healing event using somatic movement and sound healing to activate and balance the seven main chakras.
Through conscious breath and intentional movement, you will have the opportunity to release stagnant energy and restore balance to your system. The somatic movement portion of the class will be followed by a soothing & restorative sound bath creating tones & vibrations with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and other instruments.
This class focuses on creating empowerment, a sense of grounding and a connection to your intuition & the present moment. It is beneficial for anyone looking to cultivate a deeper connection with their mental, emotional and physical self. Written materials will be provided for your use during the class and to take home with you to make notes about your experience.
This class is held at the Soul Space Wellness studio and is limited to four people, providing a safe, inclusive and intimate group setting. Please reach out with any questions.
