We are so excited to welcome back Christine Strong for another powerful Somatic Movement and Breath experience. Somatic comes from the Greek word “soma” which means in the body. This is a restorative practice that works to regulate the nervous system. Connect with your breath with simple movements to release and begin to heal and move the body in a pain free way. Movements normally happen with the eyes closed to focus on how the body feels verses that the body looks like.
Movement will also accompany breath work, a guided meditation, and a longer savasana and sound bath to integrate the body and mind together to lead to nervous system and body reset.
