He lived in India for a span of several years, dedicating himself to immersing in various yoga lineages.
Subsequently, he underwent a transformative year at a musculoskeletal clinic, where he acquired mastery over an exceptionally impactful functional mobility training program. Notably, Phil is now among the select few outside of India entrusted to impart this unique method.
