- Guided meditation + sound bath

Facilitated by , Founder of House of Paz. Sahar is a certified yoga instructor, somatic practitioner, emotional intelligence expert, and stage 4 cancer survivor who blends neuroscience, mindfulness, and storytelling to help people reconnect to their voice—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
