You can join a single session, or commit to the full journey.
Most participants choose the full journey for a deeper experience.
Week 1 of 5 — Earth: Come Home to Your Body
In times of transition, everything can feel unstable.
This first session is about coming back into your body, creating safety within yourself, and building a foundation you can actually move from.
Through somatic movement, breath, and meditation, you’ll reconnect to your body as a place of support — not something to override.
You’ll begin to shift from:
👉 scattered → grounded
👉 disconnected → present
Week 2 of 5 — Water: Reconnect to Your Inner Flow
Once the foundation is set, we begin to soften.
In times of transition, it’s easy to hold everything in — to push through, control, or disconnect from what we feel.
This session invites you back into your emotional body, your creativity, your natural rhythm.
Through fluid movement, breath, and guided meditation, you’ll begin to release what’s been held… and reconnect to your ability to move with life, instead of against it.
You’ll begin to shift from:
👉 control → flow
👉 stuck → expressive
Week 3 of 5 — Fire: Activate Your Energy & Direction
With a grounded body and an open emotional flow, we begin to build momentum.
This is the week where your energy comes online.
In times of transition, fire can feel like overwhelm, impatience, or burnout — especially when it has no clear direction.
This session is about channeling that energy with intention.
Through dynamic movement, breath, and focused awareness, you’ll begin to reconnect to your sense of purpose, clarity, and inner drive — without forcing or pushing.
You’ll begin to shift from:
👉 overwhelmed → focused
👉 scattered energy → intentional direction
Week 4 of 5 — Air: Listen to Your Inner Wisdom
As energy begins to move, clarity naturally follows.
This is the week where you slow down enough to listen.
In times of transition, it’s easy to get caught in overthinking, outside opinions, or uncertainty about what to do next.
This session is about creating space to hear your own voice.
Through breathwork, subtle movement, and guided meditation, you’ll begin to quiet the noise and reconnect to your inner wisdom, the part of you that already knows.
You’ll begin to shift from:
👉 confusion → clarity
👉 overthinking → inner knowing
Week 5 of 5 — Space: Expand Into New Possibilities
After grounding, softening, activating, and listening…
we open.
This is the week where everything begins to integrate.
In times of transition, it’s easy to rush into the next thing — to fill space before fully allowing something new to emerge.
This session is about creating space… and trusting what wants to unfold.
Through gentle movement, breath, and meditation, you’ll be guided to expand beyond old patterns and connect to a sense of openness, possibility, and quiet confidence.
You’ll begin to shift from:
👉 limitation → possibility
👉 holding back → becoming
