Join Part Two of our Somatic Healing Series, exploring grief, trauma, recovery, and healing through gentle, body-based practices. Each session supports nervous system regulation, release, and reconnection in a safe, supportive space.Part One is not required as this series stands fully on its own.
Registration includes all four sessions, a digital workbook, take-home materials, 2 red light therapy sessions, and unlimited yoga at Fireweed & Cedar for April.
