Hey there! My name is Ashleigh Westenhoff and I am a somatic practitioner who helps chronically stressed women reduce their stress using somatic healing and nature so that they can be present, free, and connected to their lives again. I firmly believes that the best and most sustainable way to reduce stress is by building a deepened connection to the body. I help my clients figure out where their stress is coming from in their bodies so that they leave her knowing how to reduce their stress confidently on their own.
- I know what it's like to have your stress running your life for you.
- I know you're exhausted from your chronic stress getting in the way of being present for friendships, family, and your career--basically living the life you want to live.
- And I know that the most frustrating part of all of this is that you have no idea how to actually feel relaxed in your body or feel like you don't have time to relax.
I also know that:
- You feel disconnected from your body and that you can't connect to it
- You aren't able to be fully present and alive in your life
- You're not able to focus on anything or relax because your mind is racing
- You feel like you don't have control over your emotions
- Your stress makes you feel depleted and like there's no energy left to connect to those you love
- You feel held back from doing things you know you can do and succeed at in your life
Once a quarter, I host a totally free, group coaching session (like I would do in my paid programming) but it is open to anyone who wants to see what a body-centered approach to stress looks like.
