Somatic Embodiment is a mindful and intentional movement practice that focuses on the internal experience and sensations of the feeling body. Through a combination of movement, breath, sound, and intention, we will take a journey inward - connecting, releasing, and healing. This is a beginner friendly & guided class. Individuals are encouraged to be standing, seated, or to utilize the floor as they feel called to do so...honoring the body's needs & desired expression. This class is similar to Ecstatic Dance but is more condensed & guided to help individuals access their deep inner wisdom. Somatic Embodiment can help alleviate stress, enhance emotional resilience, and foster a deeper connection between the mind, body, and spirit.
La Encarnación Somática es una práctica de movimiento consciente e intencional que se centra en la experiencia interna y las sensaciones del cuerpo que siente. A través de una combinación de movimiento, respiración, sonido e intención, realizaremos un viaje hacia el interior, conectando, liberando y sanando.
Esta es una clase guiada y adecuada para principiantes. Se anima a los individuos a estar de pie, sentados o a utilizar el suelo según lo que sientan necesario... honrando las necesidades y la expresión deseada del cuerpo. Esta clase es similar a la Danza Extática, pero es más condensada y guiada para ayudar a las personas a acceder a su profunda sabiduría interior. La Encarnación Somática puede ayudar a aliviar el estrés, mejorar la resiliencia emocional y fomentar una conexión más profunda entre la mente, el cuerpo y el espíritu.
