Join us for a transformative weekend somatic embodiment journey, open to all genders, exploring the Feminine Wilde Archetypes.
Guided by International Embodiment and Intimacy Leader and Facilitator, Jade Lesha, this experince is an invitation to descend into your body's deepest wisdom and reclaim your wild-hearted essence.
During this potent weekend, Jade will guide you into your own direct experience of awakening your body's innate intelligence through embodying at least 2 of the 7 Feminine Wilde Archetypes.
The Archetypes offered will vary with each immersion, based on deep listening to the group's collective desires, needs, and energy.
These Archetypes represent an ancient and collective wisdom within you, and they have the power to enrich and transform all areas of your life: love, purpose, self-trust, and aliveness.

What is Somatic Embodiment and why might it change your life?
"Somatic" comes from the Greek word soma, meaning body. Somatic Embodiment is the practice of returning home to your body as a living, breathing source of wisdom.
Most of us have spent years, sometimes a lifetime, living in our heads โ thinking, analysing, managing, performing.
We've learned to override our body's signals and disconnect from our instincts just to function, fit in, or survive.
Somatic Embodiment gently, powerfully reverses that. Through breath, movement, sound, touch and presence, your nervous system softens, held tension releases, and deeper layers of who you are rise to the surface.
This is not therapy in the traditional sense, and it is not performance. It is direct experience. You are not talked to about your body โ you are guided into it
โ Into its pleasure, its grief, its wildness, its stillness. Into the full spectrum of what it means to be alive in a human form.
When you stop fighting your body and begin to actually inhabit it, something fundamental shifts. You make decisions from a deeper place. Your relationships change. Your relationship with yourself changes.
You stop performing your life and begin to feel it.

๐ Please Note: The Friday Intro Evening is compulsory for all Full Weekend participants. It is the opening of the sacred container and an essential part of the full journey.
The $60 Friday session is included within the Full Weekend price, there is nothing additional to pay.

Opening the Container
The Friday evening is where the journey begins โ and it is compulsory for all Full Weekend participants. This session opens the sacred container, introduces the Feminine Wilde Embodiment foundations, and begins the process of descent into the work. Also bookable as a standalone experience at $60.

Descent & Initiation
We open the sacred container and begin the deeper journey. Breath, sound, movement, self-touch, devotion and softening lead you into direct embodied experience of the Feminine Archetypes. You are held every step of the way.
Sunday 17 May | 10:00amโ5:00pm
Integration & Reclamation
We go deeper still. Group rituals for reclamation, embodied power and self-trust. Integration practices to take home into your daily life. We close in ceremony โ witnessed, nourished, and more fully ourselves.

I am a Feminine Empowerment Leader, & Founder of Feminine Wilde ~ Archetypal Journeys for Women. I have been passionately devoted to my journey as a teacher, leader, & 1:1 therapist for over 17 years. In this time I have held space for 1000's of men & women worldwide in reclaiming their wild hearted essence.
My 1:1 work, Feminine Wilde Retreats & Workshops have a strong focus on Somatic Embodiment, Feminine Mythology, Jungian Archetypal Psychology, & the Sacred Erotic Archetypal Mysteries. I also work intimately with my 1:1 clients as a therapist & Feminine Empowerment Coach.
My deepest passion is supporting women to thrive & embody their hearts deepest desires. I do this through awakening the collective wisdom of archetypal initiation, accessing the feminine mysteries, & reclaiming the erotic current within.
