After the weekend has wrapped,
before a new week begins...
in this thin space we gather...
to unpack the stuff we've been carrying.
somatic movement: movement with a focus on feeling along with side dishes of thinking, doing, being, wondering and all the other -ings that merit your attention.
So...what will you be doing exactly?
You will be guided through a circuit of movements 3 times...the first time you'll be encouraged to think about the movements, the second time feel the movements, the third time notice how your breath accompanies the movements.
Bring: a yoga mat, a towel and some water. Wear shoes if you want.
Fee: $20 suggested donation. QR code will be provided.

Free parking in the lot and on street.
