What is Somatic Breathwork?
Somatic breathwork is a powerful tool to release suppressed energy and emotions that we all have stored in our body through years of supressing our emotions, trauma, trapped emotions or feeling burnt out.
It’s a powerful technique used to facilitate emotional and physical healing. It involves the use of specific breathing patterns to promote relaxation, release stress, and access deeper states of consciousness by raising your energy to ‘express’ stored emotions, and then welcoming in positive, supportive energy to support healing, growth and transformation.
