Begin by reading others testimonials of this immersive, individual, group experience using simply your own breath. Clarity, calm and presence are a few words shared after this form of breathwork. “I haven’t felt this relaxed, ever.”This is not holotropic breathwork, this is a gentle guided form of somatic breathwork which is trauma informed. Doors open 15 minutes before scheduled time, we get registration checks, waivers and then get settled. Doors close 10 minutes after scheduled start time. We will begin with a description of what to expect, start a gentle meditation, then begin the breathwork which includes music and guiding. Then we end with another gentle meditation. Once session has ended, some like to share what came up, some do not, and both are fully respected. I’ll share a daily practice which is useful once you’ve experienced a full session as well as some additional suggestions. Free parking, lot entrance is on 25th Street, drive toward the left, around the first buildings toward 24th Street and you’ll see the auditorium doors there, next door to Sacramento Ballet.
