Together we’ll drop into the body, release what’s been held, and reconnect with ourselves through guided breath, nervous system support, and somatic integration.
This gathering is in collaboration with Ember & Ice, where you’ll have the option to deepen your experience with sauna therapy and an ice bath afterward — or keep it wild with a refreshing plunge in the creek.
