About this Event
Somatic Breathwork: Returning to Center
Returning to Center is a nervous-system-first somatic breathwork workshop designed to support winter resilience, helping you come home to your body, soften protective tension, and build a steadier baseline through the colder months.
“Returning to center” is the practice of reorienting to breath and body when stress pulls you outward - so you can meet winter with more warmth, clarity, and capacity.
Plus - there’s an amazing plant-based dinner & dessert after the event. All included in your ticket!
This workshop is perfect for:
- High-functioning people running on tightness, adrenaline, or overthinking
- Those feeling wired and tired, emotionally flat, or easily overwhelmed
- Those living with chronic tension, persistent pain, or recurring symptoms that feel hard to explain (alongside appropriate medical support)
- Anyone craving a gentler way to release without forcing catharsis
- People wanting steadiness, boundaries, and self-trust in the body
- Beginners looking for a welcoming space to explore somatic breathwork

Meet Lynn, your host
Lynn Tiang is an Integrative Somatic Coach, breathwork facilitator, and Reiki practitioner. Lynn supports people who are high-functioning on the outside but chronically tense, exhausted, or “stuck” on the inside—often after seasons of corporate burnout, chronic stress, or prolonged over-responsibility.
Lynn’s work blends three pillars:
- Somatic breathwork to help regulate the nervous system, soften protective patterns, and restore a steadier baseline in the body
- Reiki to support energetic clearing, heart coherence, and deep rest (in a gentle, consent-based way)
- Life coaching to translate insight into grounded change—so what opens in ceremony becomes real in relationships, work, boundaries, and daily choices
Lynn’s approach is trauma-aware, practical, and spiritually spacious. The focus isn’t on forcing catharsis—it’s on creating enough safety for your system to unwind, receive support, and remember your natural capacity for calm, clarity, and connection.
