Guided by Sam Zeff (@Sam.Zeff), Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Intuitive Guide, you’ll be held in a space of safety, presence, and deep compassion—allowing you to surrender fully to your breath. Whatever arises—release, insight, or stillness—you’ll be met with care and support.

Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before session to give time for parking and get yourself situated. Parking is all on the street.

Sam Zeff is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Intuitive Guide, renowned for his ability to hold space with both raw honesty and deep compassion. Formerly based in Los Angeles, he has worked extensively with Pause Studio and other high-end wellness spaces specializing in cold plunge, sauna, and breathwork journeys. His own profound personal transformation led him to the life-changing power of Breathwork—an awakening that ignited his mission to share this practice with others.
