Workshop Format:

45 mins Somatic Breathwork with Abbie – Reset your nervous system, calm the mind, and reconnect with your body through guided, somatic breathwork.

45 mins Ashtanga Yoga Flow with Stacey – Reconnect to your body with an energising yoga practice to restore balance, and build strength and focus.

Spring Intention Session – Rise into the new season by setting a personal intention, integrating the energy you’ve cultivated, and stepping forward with clarity and purpose.
