This will flow into a crystal singing bowl sound bath, where soothing tones and vibrations create a peaceful soundscape for deep relaxation. Throughout, you'll be guided through body scanning and meditation to help you fully settle.
Please eat your last meal a few hours beforehand so you arrive comfortable during the breathing practice. Bring anything that helps you rest on the floor — a yoga mat, padding, pillow, or eye covering. One blanket will be provided; limited yoga mats may be available.
