As a certified and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, I will guide you through various breathing patterns designed to help you release stress, expand your awareness, and connect deeply with your body.
Intentionally kept to an intimately-sized group, this allows me to be more intentional and guide you to a deeper level of clarity and awareness.
No experience necessary, just bring an open mind and willingness to choose in.
A session would look a little something like this:
gentle movement to loosen up your bod/mind
getting comfy
listening to music and sound whilst I talk you through a guided session
following a pattern of breathing that I'll walk you through
feeling some feels
emoting some emotions
experiencing a sound bath and guided meditation
time and space to just "be"
room to journal about what came up for you
a new, refreshed take on the moment
guidance on integration going forward
Sessions look a little different every time, and are experienced a little differently by every individual.
There is no "right" way to experience breathwork, whatever way it shows up for you is the correct one.

Recommended items to bring if desired:
tissues
chapstick (helps keep your lips from drying out)
eye mask for extra room-darkening
pillow
blanket
yoga mat
journal and pen if desired
NOTE: the studio has a few extra yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, and blankets if you’d rather borrow one.

La Luna Wellness Studio, 710 George Washington Way, Suite A, Richland, WA
You’ll enter in the main doors on the north side of the building, and enter the doorway on the left (Suite A). We’ll be waiting for you!
** NOTE: please arrive at least 10 minutes early as session begins promptly on time and late arrivals will forfeit their space. **
