As the breathwork gently concludes, you’ll be bathed in the soothing frequencies of an integrative sound bath, featuring gongs, crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and rattles. These vibrational instruments help anchor and harmonize the energetic shifts initiated during the breathwork, grounding your experience and supporting deep integration.
