Breathe + Integrate is a monthly somatic breathwork experience designed to help you release stored tension, reset your nervous system, and return to yourself.We begin by settling into the body with gentle breath awareness, move into a vigorous somatic breathwork journey influenced by Wim Hof–style breathing and holotropic principles, and then close with a spacious 30-minute integration period with sound healing, journaling, reflection, and a nourishing drink + light snack.
This small-group container (max 8 participants) is intentionally crafted to feel safe, supported, and grounded.
