Join Shelby Davis and Benny Silva for a deeply restorative and transformational evening of breath, movement, and sacred sound. In this 90 minute guided journey, you’ll be invited to release built-up tension from the body, quiet the mental chatter, and connect with the intelligence of your breath through somatic practices and intentional soundscapes.
We’ll begin with grounding somatic movement and gentle breathwork to bring the body into a receptive, relaxed state. As the nervous system softens, you'll be guided into a journey using conscious connected breathing—a powerful practice for accessing emotional release, clarity, and expanded states of awareness.
Benny will layer in an intuitively led sound healing experience using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and live instrumentation to help integrate the breath journey, harmonize your energy field, and restore inner balance.

Shelby Davis is the founder of Ecstatic Shakti Yoga & Wellness a trauma-informed somatic guide, yoga educator, and sacred spaceholder with over 15 years of experience in embodied healing, breathwork, and kundalini & tantra yoga. Her approach weaves elemental awareness, nervous system wisdom, and spiritual connection.
Benny Silva founded Resonate Yoga to offer embodied practices that weave yoga, breathwork, and sound into a journey of presence and inner truth. Through movement and vibration, he creates space to release tension, align with the heart, and return to the wisdom of the body.
