You learn to read the full conversation — not just the symptom.
Throughout the day, we focus on three core pillars:
1. Foundations of Somatic Bodywork
You’ll learn the core principles of somatic healing, including how the body stores emotion, how to read physical and energetic cues, and how to work with the body as a map for deeper awareness and release
2. Somatic Touch & Energy
This section focuses on hands-on techniques, including somatic touch, acupressure-inspired points, and self-release methods to create flow in the body. You’ll begin to understand how to feel and read energy, develop your intuitive touch, and learn how to support the body in releasing tension and stored emotion.
3. Nervous System Tools
You’ll learn practical tools to help shift the body out of survival mode and into a regulated, present state. This includes understanding stress responses, creating safety in the body, and guiding others through emotional release and integration with grounded, supportive techniques.

Your Teacher:
Liz is an experienced Somatic Practitioner, NLP Master, Master Practitioner of Hypnosis & Mental Emotional Release, Reiki Healer, Wellness Coach & Bodyworker who specializes in the Nervous System, Emotional Regulation, Anxiety Disorders and Subconscious Trauma Healing.
The past 7 years she has trained hands on with energy healers,world-renowned speakers, PhDs in Integrative Health Psychology, Physical Therapist, Myofascial Masters + more
Her approach is rooted in her unique method Body Language™ using a combination of Somatic Bodywork, Subconscious Reprogramming and Shadow Work
She leads clients to understand their body’s language, process stored trauma, and reconnect with the wisdom within their nervous system, DNA, and ancestral lineage.
Her mission is to help the collective feel safe in their body again, dissolve fear and resistance, and cultivate self-trust, intuition, and embodied presence.
