About this Event
Somatic Art: A 3-Part Workshop Series in Waimea
This 3-part series invites you into a safe, creative space to gently explore the imprints we carry from our parents — the stories, patterns, and silent lessons that shape how we see ourselves and the world. Through somatic practices, guided meditation, and intuitive painting, you’ll have the chance to release what no longer serves you and uncover the hidden gifts within your lineage.
----------------
Please plan to attend all 3 sessions.
No art experience is needed. Each session builds upon the last guiding you on a journey of reflection, expression, and self-nurturing — all through the canvas.
----------------
The price includes all three sessions.
Early Bird Price: $120 (before 30th October)
