A transformative mind-body experience combining movement, breathwork, mantras, EFT tapping, dance and traditional Reiki.

Join Ludovica Martella (@sustainably_lu)— Integrative Somatic Fitness Guide and Reiki Practitioner — for Somatic Alchemy, a bi-weekly community class designed to help you transmute stress, emotional tension, and energetic blocks into presence, power, and peace.

Each session will explore a different theme (inner child, boundaries, self-worth, etc.) through:

Come as you are. No experience needed. Just a willingness to feel and heal.

IMPORTANT : To ensure the fluidity of class, please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. If you arrive 15 minutes after we start, you will find the doors locked and you will get a credit for the following class.

About the teacher: Ludovica Martella is an Integrative Somatic Healing Movement Coach, Reiki II Practitioner, and the only certified Somatic Activated Healing Method® teacher currently based in Miami.
