About this Event
Join Lara Days and Jessica Marie for a 90-minute transformational journey to awaken balance, relieve stress, and open your heart to new possibilities. Using the potent energy of the 222 portal and the power of breath and sound, you’ll tap into your inner wisdom and release what no longer serves you.
We’ll start our experience with introductions and some gentle movement. Next, you’ll ignite your inner fire as Jessica guides you through an active breathwork practice. Finally, you’ll rest and regulate as Lara takes you on a restorative sound journey.
Following our somatic journey, we’ll give you the opportunity to discuss and journal about your experience.
We will provide props (pillows, blankets, etc.) but please bring a yoga mat if you have one, water, a notebook & pen, and wear comfy clothes!

Jessica is a Holy Fire Usui Reiki Master, Certified Revolution Breathwork Facilitator, Leadership + Energetics Coach specializing in guiding people into identity-shifting transformations.

Lara is a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Intuitive Eating Counselor, Yoga Teacher, and Sound Healing Facilitator. Her mission is to help people reconnect to their bodies so that they can make empowered, intuitive decisions about their health and their lives.
