You are invited to come and experience the gentle medicine of tea on the winter solstice. The shortest day of the year invites us to honour stillness, rest and nourishment. Let us do that together, in ceremony. ABOUT THE EVENT
We will move through a gentle somatic practice, pranayama (yogic breathing techniques), and a tea ceremony with meditation. There will also be time for journaling and/or reflection at the end. You'll head home feeling relaxed, grounded and deeply nourished.
ABOUT TEA
Camellia Sinensis (tea) is a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine that has the power to deeply nourish. Drinking tea mindfully and in ceremony is a meditation - a way to connect with nature's wisdom and find stillness. This will not be your average cup of tea!

The event is being held at a beautiful location in the centre of Breda, The Yoga Loft, on Sunday 21 December from 14:30 to 16:30.
