Celebrate the summer solstice at sunset on a SUP and in the sauna at sunset.This is a unique opportunity for you to have a wellness experience on Lake Derby in North East Tasmania.
You will enjoy a Stand Up Paddle experience on the lake and the relaxing sensation of the floating sauna. This sunset experience should be amazing.
On Saturday, December 21st at 6pm, we’ll meet at the car park beside the suspension bridge in Derby. We’ll carry boards and everything else we need down to the lakeside. We'll have a swim (if you like) and a snack then half of our group will go into the sauna and half will go for a paddle on the lake and then we’ll swap over.
The experience will conclude at approximately 9.15pm when we carry the boards back out to the car park.
Bring:
A towel
Water
A change of clothes
Snacks
Wear: Your bathers or shorts/top – whatever makes you feel comfortable
Investment in this wellness experience is $108 per person and there are only 10 places available. PM to pay your deposit of $58 to secure your spot.
Ability to swim 50 metres is a pre-requisite for participation. Beginners to Stand Up Paddle are more than welcome!
