As the Winter Solstice descends upon us and ushers in the shortest and darkest day of our calendar year, it invites us to pause to reflect and cultivate gratitude for the renewal and rebirth of light. Through the varied techniques of Yoga, we are often guided to consciously go into darkness by closing our eyes, however, we are also invited to recall the spark of light and radiance within. Join Stephie F. for this special 75-minute workshop to settle into greater inner awareness and to recognize opportunities for growth and transformation. Class will include a brief discussion of the Koshas to provide context, gentle movement and breathwork to promote greater sensitivity and receptivity, and an experience of Yoga Nidra and the journey to inner light. Please bring any props that will allow you to feel supported throughout movement and meditation.
