EVENT DESCRIPTION
Join us for a special in-store community movement experience hosted by Solstice Collective at Fabletics Mall at Millenia.
This workout session blends elements of strength, mobility, and breathwork through a guided hybrid workout designed to leave you energized, grounded, and connected with the community.
Participants will move through a sequence that incorporates calisthenics, primal movement patterns, and Pilates-based control work — creating a well-rounded session that is accessible for all levels.
This experience is intentionally capped to keep the environment intimate and supportive.
Please bring a yoga mat and water. Comfortable athletic wear recommended.
