Solstice Moon Series

The Solstice Moon Series is a 4-part sound bath journey held throughout June, designed to help you move through the energetic rhythm of summer with intention, balance, and restoration.

While two sessions are aligned with the New Moon and Full Moon, the full series is designed as a complete emotional and energetic arc—supporting you through grounding, activation, expansion, and release.

This is a space to slow down and reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner world during one of the most outwardly active seasons of the year. Summer carries momentum—this series helps you stay rooted within it.

Through immersive sound healing, nervous system regulation, and intentional stillness, each session offers a different layer of recalibration. You are not the same person each week—and this experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Each sound bath will also include guided meditation, along with journaling prompts and small reflective guides to support deeper insight, integration, and personal understanding beyond the session itself.
