On the evening before we proceed into Midsummer. Summer Solstice. i will be hosting an evening held in the Tipi at Berry Farm devoted to connection, expansion, and the wisdom of Litha alongside the heart space at this potent time. Litha marks the longest day and shortest night of the year, a celebration of light, vitality, growth, and abundance. It is a time when the sun is at its peak, illuminating all that is ready to be seen, honoured, and nurtured. A moment to celebrate how far you’ve come, while gently tending to what is still unfolding.
Together, we will gather in a supportive and welcoming space to explore the energy of Litha & the Heart Chakra, the center of love, compassion, and authentic expression.
Through gentle guidance, shared reflection, and heart-opening practices, you’ll be invited to release what weighs heavy and reconnect with a deeper sense of inner warmth and belonging.
At the heart of our circle, we’ll also honour the energy of Rose, a flower long associated with Litha and the peak of summer. Representing love, beauty, and the unfolding of the heart, the rose reminds us to open gently, layer by layer, trusting in our own natural timing. You may even be invited to work with this sacred bloom as part of our ritual.
Expect a blend of meditation, intention setting, soulful conversation, and quiet moments of reflection.
All designed to help you align with the expansive energy of the solstice and the wisdom within your own heart.
Crystals always form a big part of my circles, using these on the body during meditation & in ritual as a part of our altar, as well as oracle cards, tinctures, essential oils & flowers to adorn our feminine, circles provide a space to share openly, always optional & kept within the space.
Drinks of the rose to sip on & connect further to our heart space & womb oil to use if no one is expecting or looking to begin trying for new life.
This circle will end with a crystalline sound healing journey, connecting us to the heart space a little more, a time for you to lay back & connect to the body before we leave into the night.
