A morning of slow flow movement, breath, heartful meditations, reflective writing and sound healing.
The Winter Solstice marks the darkest day of the year — a quiet turning point and a promise of the returning light. It’s a time to pause, release the weight of the year gone by and gently open to what’s next.
Together, we’ll move and breathe to soften the body, reflect through guided journaling and rest into the nourishing resonance of sound. We will come together to honour our journey, tend to the heart and plant seeds of renewal for the season ahead.
What to expect:
- Slow, grounding, stretchy flows with breath
- Guided meditation + reflection prompts
- Sound journey + deep rest
- Space to reconnect with yourself and the cycles of nature
Provided: mat, block & tea.
Bring: notebook + pen, blanket, any extra props/cushions required for a healing experience.
