Is your heart yearning for deeper connection and care?
Do you desire to nurture your soul and spirit in community?
Are you feeling the call to deepen your relationship with plant medicine?
Are you excited to explore the magic of being present with others?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, join this transformative opportunity to sit in a Sacred Cacao Circle!
Nourish your heart through a blissful cup of ceremonial cacao. In this sacred gathering, you will be held in a loving and supportive space that invites joy, reflection, and a celebration of your authentic self.
Cacao is a powerful plant medicine that invites us to gently and bravely peel back the layers of our heart. Each cacao circle will have a unique intention and modality to practice alongside the heart expanding ritual of cacao. More info on the intention of each circle in the schedule below.
Together, we’ll create a sanctuary where you can share your story, set intentions, and embrace the magic of being seen and supported. Through stillness, songs, and soulful connection, we’ll weave a tapestry of healing and heart-centered love.
This is your space to show up exactly as you are—no pretense, no expectations, just the beautiful, authentic you. Let’s sip cacao, dream big, and remind ourselves of the magic we carry within.
Bring along your favorite instruments if you wish: rattle, drum, flute, guitar, voice, or anything else that inspires you! Let's co-create a soundscape of joy and togetherness that will leave your heart humming long after the circle closes.
You deserve this moment to reconnect, recharge, and radiate your light!

Cacao is an ancient Mesoamerican plant medicine with a rich history as a sacred ceremonial tool. Unlike typical chocolate, ceremonial cacao is crafted using traditional Mayan methods, infusing the process with prayers and intentional energies at every stage—from cultivation to preparation.
Known as the "food of the gods," ceremonial cacao is much more than a treat; it is a powerful superfood offering numerous health benefits. It contains essential vitamins, minerals, and adaptogens that nourish the body, mind, and spirit. Cacao can support:
Heart health through antioxidants like flavanols, which improve circulation and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
Emotional well-being by boosting neurotransmitters like serotonin and anandamide, the "bliss molecule," fostering feelings of joy, love, and connection.
Brain function with compounds that enhance cognitive clarity and support neurotransmitter health.
Energy and vitality through theobromine, a gentle stimulant providing sustained energy without the crash of caffeine.
Relaxation and stress relief by reducing cortisol levels and promoting a sense of peace.
Immune and digestive health with its rich fiber content and natural anti-inflammatory properties.
In ceremony, cacao helps open the heart, connect us to our inner wisdom, and foster deeper relationships with others and the world around us. It serves as a sacred teacher, guiding participants toward balance, creativity, and expanded awareness. Drinking ceremonial cacao can be a grounding and heart-expanding ritual—a gift for the body and soul.
