The annual theatre festival is BACK! SOLO showcases intense and imaginative one-person shows. This festival highlights the uniqueness of the individual and their intimate relationship to the audience. Each piece is original and locally written allowing our theatre makers on Waiheke to grow and debut their work. The magic of short plays is that you get to witness a wide scope of topics, from personal narratives to comedic, fictional tales.We are super excited to have the following artists from a range of ages and skill sets: Sam & Cathy Downes, Kayla Hamilton, Linda Savage, Ziggy Boyd, Kashmir Postel, Annabelle Waller and Zach Boyd!
All seven short plays will be performed over two nights. The past 3 years have been a big success, drawing in large audiences so it is important to book in advance to avoid missing out!
