Welcome to learn a fun Solo Blues routine to "Hound Dog" by the fantastic Big Mama Thornton. This cool and groovy routine was first choreographed and taught during a Solo Blues course at Comets Rock'n'Swing Dance Club in spring 2024 and it was so well liked that the plan is now to make it a widely known routine in our scene and dance it with a big group during The Grind 2025 and possibly also during our other parties in the future. :) You don't want to miss out!
The choreo is simple enough for you to learn in a couple of hours, even without much previous blues or solo dance experience, but it also provides endless opportunities for individual expression for those already further in their Blues dance journey. Join us and get groovy!
