About this Event
Our 12th Annual Christmas community service event is a twist on the usual "Give a Kid a Christmas" toy drive events. Since we are focused in the S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math) fields, we are using our creative minds to come together for "Build" a Kid a Christmas. If you are looking to donate we have a wish list on Amazon (https://a.co/1X7F7CU) that you can get ideas from. Feel free to also check for potential donation ideas at Michael's, Target, Walmart, Barnes & Noble, etc. We will be building/donating toys for the children (ages 5-10) of Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington. (Please note S.O.L.I.D.S. is a 501 (c)(3) non profit organization and your donations are tax deductible.)
