π£ Education support workers are standing together, and we need your support. πͺWorkers in Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools are facing a difficult round of bargaining and have reached an impasse over wages. Nearly 1,000 workers have voted, with close to 90% in favour of taking action if necessary. Despite ongoing efforts, no fair monetary offer has been made.
This is not just about one group. Education support workers across the sector, including CUPE 8443 (Saskatoon Public Schools) and CUPE 4254 (Prairie Spirit), are facing similar challenges. We need to stand together for fair wages and respect. βπ½
