Soleful Runs — Movement from the mind to the sole ✨
Join us for a 45-minute community run and/or walk! Choose your pace—whether you walk, skip, jog, or run—grounded in connection and well-being.
The route includes both paved roads and dirt trails. We’ll meet at the north end of the field at North Toronto Collegiate.
This is a FREE event.
Soleful Runs is a community that holds space for Black and Black LGBTQ+ folks to participate in recreational running and walking in a fun and safe environment. If you are an ally, we encourage you to bring along your Black friends and family or share this event within your network.

COOL DOWN & STRETCHING
Info: Guided stretching sequence led by Ekua to support post-movement recovery.

POST-RUN/WALK HANGOUT
Info: Optional purchase: grab a tea, smoothie or refresh pressed juice from Redpath Juicery and hangout with the crew. Redpath Juicery is at Redpath and Eglinton, which is one block, south east of North Collegiate CI Field
