The SOLE 'Art of Care' Retreat Pillars:

1. Reconnection: Somatic Practice & Elemental Wisdom

2. Deep Listening: Meditation & Mindfulness

3. Creative Rewilding: Imagination & Embodiment

4. Regeneration: Immersive Nature & Earth-based Practices

August 10th facilitated by Miguel Rivera, Micheline Berry, Michelle Woo

SOLE expands its immersive podcast series (SOLEFUL on Spotify/Apple) to create our first collaborative, artist-led retreat series focused on the Art of Care.

As we collectively navigate these turbulent times, we hope to be a guide for the creative heart in urgent search of renewal and strength. Hosted at a stunning, private Artist loft in the heart of Venice, CA we will move and meditate to live percussion with Micheline, share the soleful gastronomy of Michelle Woo and participate in a native "prayer tie" ritual, allowing us to connect in a visceral way to who we are as nature itself.

Come practice, play and learn together surrounded by a panoplay of art and light.
