Find your rhythm with a steady sole 5km morning run along Broughty Ferry esplanade led by Ethan, then we'll head out into the country for a gentle yoga session to recharge your soul at Forbes of Kingennie with Ailish. Finishing the day off with a 1hr soothing sauna session and optional cold plunge followed by nourishing snacks and cold pressed juice.
