The menu was created by Chef de cuisine, Corey Neigherbauer. The night's sommelier is Maximo du Bouchet.
6:30-7 pm: Welcome toast by the chef and mingling among guests.
7-8:30 pm: Sit down dinner. Each wine and course will be explained in detail following servings.
