The definition of the word “sensual” is relating to or involving gratification of the senses. Getting more in touch with our senses and body in the present moment through sensual movement, free of worldly distraction, is our natural right in the human experience. Utilizing the foundational teaching of Liquid Motion sensual movement & floorwork training, Willow will be presenting techniques, principles, and guided movement prompts to teach you floorwork skills and how to tap into an enhanced state of sensual movement.
Willow has extensive experience working with brand new dancers, trained performers, and every level in between. This session is designed for those new to sensual movement, yet beneficial for every skill level. We will be primarily on the floor for this session, so knee pads will be required to attend and comfortable layers are encouraged to be worn. Willow has 15 years of experience teaching sensual movement, and has been a licensed and certified Liquid Motion instructor for 8 of those years. Her top priority is the creation of safe & accepting space for all levels and all genders to explore movement.
No prior experience is required.
