My sister, Jackie Schwieger- Adams needs to have another surgery to hopefully CURE her brain condition, Chiari Malformation. Her 1st surgery, the standard treatment, didn't help, caused more symptoms & worsened others. She lives with chronic daily unrelenting headaches, dizziness, loud buzzing in her head, extreme exhaustion/fatigue, neck, back & joint pain, vision disturbances & others. She pushes through her days because she has to & has had to limit activities, all of which has caused a significant decrease in her enjoyment & quality of life.
Her only other option is surgery that is only performed in Barcelona, Spain. We need to raise BIG BUCKS of đź’˛ $45,000 which covers all surgeon & surgery related fees, hospitalization, travel, hotel & food for 1 week for her & a travel companion.
