Join Laura and Kathryn for a blissful two hour self-care special. Immerse your mind, body and senses with light, scent, sound and feeling. Experience the gentle flickering light of 300 candles, in a warmed and gently scented room.
Laura will firstly guide you through a gentle and restorative head to toe stretch. Using pillows and blankets to support your body to promote gentle muscular release alongside breathing techniques to promote relaxation for the whole body.
In the second half of the session Kathryn will begin the sound bath to bring you deeper into a state of wellbeing. The ancient art of sound healing involves using various instruments tuned to specific frequencies to create healing vibrations that resonate the cells within to promote deep relaxation, stress relief, and emotional release.
